The two-story home was designed by Israel Pena of Boerne and built by Whitey Asher of San Antonio. House plans are available from Broker for inspection. This custom home was completed and occupied in 1995 by the current owners. There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master bedroom suite and office are downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath, an unfinished bedroom/den and a very large storage area over the carport that could be converted to a bedroom or game room. Majority of the interior was professionally painted in 2012. The composition roof was replaced in 2007 with 45-year asphalt shingles. The home has central heat and air conditioning run by three separate units for optimal zone use and efficiency. All three units have been replaced in the last three years and carry 10-year transferable warranties.
